Overview
Customer was struggling with increased operations cost to manage the ecommerce business which was using Salesforce as the inventory and Shopfy as the store front for orders. The orders that were created in Shopify has to be manually moved to Salesforce and delivery shipments were to be lined up. This was complete manual process and caused issues in meeting delivery timelines and caused overhead on the operations team.
Anvisol’s Approach
Team reviewed the existing implementation and identified the process gaps. Salesforce & Shopify integration gap was reviewed with the help of the different teams on groud and a design was recommended.
Along with the integration, the process automation was also deep dived and different improvements were scoped in to ensure the operations are improved.
Implementation
Anvisol build the integration between Shopify and Salesforrce and ensure the touch points did not require any manual intervention. The integration was built to create customers, orders and product updates to be sync between Salesforce and Shopify
Case management, process automations, automated shipment were built as part of the enhancements.

With two way integration, client teams observed a substantial improvement in operation efficiency.
